This will be the favourite tour for foodies. Gipuzkoa is a land both of shepherds, who have known how to adapt themselves to present times, and of farmhouses where the local product is the star.  This tour could also be named “the cheese tour”, “the bean tour”, “the chocolate tour”.  Just to get an idea of what we can find.
